A seaside winter market at Estonia Winter Fest. We welcome producers, craftspeople, food trucks and providers of activities and entertainment.

A market at the heart of the festival
Ice skating, winter activities and an evening concert give visitors reasons to spend the whole day here. The market is part of their visit: a place to eat, enjoy a hot drink and discover local products.

Choose your trading format
3 × 3 m stall
€40Food products, souvenirs, crafts and other goods. Each additional metre costs €10.
Market participation
€80Food prepared on site, street food and drinks on tap. Fees for large food trucks or non-standard spaces are agreed separately.
Non-standard space
By agreementWorkshops, attractions and other activities. Specify the space you need in your application so we can agree the arrangements.
Electricity +€25
Up to 3 kW, booked in advance. List your appliances and their power requirements in the form. Higher power or 16A/32A connections must be agreed separately. Bring an extension cable at least 50 m long.
What to bring
Bring your own tent, counter, tables, lighting and all trading equipment. The organiser does not supply stall equipment. Winter decorations and string lights will help your stall fit the atmosphere.
When to arrive
Set-up runs from 08:00 to 11:00. Vehicle movement on the market grounds stops at 10:30. The organiser will show you your pitch. Traders arriving after 11:00 will not be admitted.
How your pitch is confirmed
Invoices are issued on 11–15 January. Pay by bank transfer by 17 January. Your pitch is confirmed once payment is received on time. Fees are not refunded for cancellations or non-attendance.
